earplugs (for you)

they will be fine, 3 is not that many (trust me) they will be fine on their own, structured activities, with mommmy and daddy are a no-no. Let them go out and play, and then come in and play in your sons room, they will be fine

Oy, you're brave!!

If it's not too cold where you are , why not have a game of flashlight tag in the yard before bed? Get them nice and worn out and then come in and have popcorn and a boys' movie.

Try a board game or teach them a card game after the movie.

Maybe buy an inexpensive science kit and let them do some experimenting in the kitchen?

Make sure all access to the naughty channels (even basic cable packages can get raunchy after midnight these days!) and the internet is off-limits or password-protected for the night. 10 year old boys of today are the 15 year old boys of our day!!

Most of all, take cues of what they want to do, within reason. Don't have a set-in-stone agenda for the party. What seems like fun to them today may not be met with as much enthusiasm tomorrow.

Good luck and schedule a family nap for the next day. You'll all need it!! hehehe

do a Movie Marathon.

have them each pick 1 movie that they would like to see and have chips and dip, pizza, juice and enjoy movie.

games you can play

Let's Make a Deal:

You will need three boxes. Prizes of varying quality-really cool, ok and a booby prize. Each child has a chance to play so make sure you have enough "really cool" prizes to go around. Place one prize of each type under the boxes without anyone seeing. The contestant chooses a box and the prize is revealed. The contestant can then keep that prize or be given the choice to choose another. Offer incentives, like other prizes-candy, money etc. to see if they will keep the first chosen. They may keep either the first prize and incentives or choose the other box. This is their final choice.

Piggly-Wiggly: Everyone lays out their sleeping bags. Choose someone to be "it." They must leave the room. Everyone else hides inside the sleeping bags (not their own). When they are ready, "it" comes back in. She sits on one of the sleeping bags and says, "Piggly-Wiggly" the person inside says "oink, oink." 'It' must guess who is inside the bag. If they are right, the person in the bag is it.

When my kids have sleep overs, I give them pizza, a bowl of popcorn, soda and a heap load of candy! Then I tell them that they are on their own and the only rules I have are that they can't leave the house and that they have to have fun!! They will crash before you know it!!!

Also, stock the fridge with enough snack food to handle a midnight food raid!!

ps....donuts, pancakes and waffles will be your saving grace in the morning!!

Maybe a treasure hunt would be good. I don't really think that board games would be good because boys usually like to be active and go outside to explore. Well, that's what my son likes to do.

Watch movies (scary ones are better when its dark) Dance Scavenger Hunt (go around the city taking photos of different bits and pieces) Amazing Race (same as the scavenger hunt, but you get clues to guide you around)
