Not much. But I know that I am not this physical body. I am a part of the God almighty living in this temporary body for the time being. Once this body is worn out and becomes unfit for living, I shall leave it and enter some other body that will be given to me depending upon my karma. I know that I am soul or Atman, a part of the God.
