Only one God for Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Jews, etc?
If so, why then Christians and Jews hate Muslims and vice-versa?

Good point to ponder.
If there were just one God, wouldn't His Words all be the same for everybody?
Logically there should only be one God.
Which one is the right one?
Or perhaps God, Allah, Jehovah, The Great Spirit, Buddha, Odin, Rah, Zeus, Mother Earth and Satan are all in on some epic cosmic gag?
The idea of a Creator with a sense of humor is appealing to me. Having an all purpose Creator to give thanks to when things are going well seems to help me cope with this uncertain life we have here.
If someone requires elaborate rituals, traditions observations and customs they may as well practice them and leave me out of it.
I've heard this said: "Religion is for people who fear hell and spirituality is for people who have been there."

While it is true that there is only one True God, I can say with assurance that the god of Muhammad is not the Father of Jesus. Here's why I say this:

The Qur'an states rather clearly, "Proclaim: Allah is One. Allah is Eternal. He neither begets nor was begotten." (Surah 112:1-4)

In Christianity, we believe that Jesus was begotten. (John 1:14) And we believe Jesus to be God. He applied the name of God, "I AM," to Himself in several passages. Here's a few examples: Matthew 14:27, Mark 6:50, Mark 13:6, Luke 21:8, John 4:26, John 6:20, John 8:24, 28, 58, and John 13:19. (Some English translations have mistranslated the words "I am" to "It is I," or "I am He.")

Now, this is a paradox. Either Islam is right, and Jesus is not God, nor begotten; or Christianity is right, and Jesus is God, and is begotten. We can't have it both ways. Islam will never hold to a belief that Jesus is God. And Christians will not accept that Jesus is not God, and is not begotten. Therefore, they do not worship the same God.

There is only one real God. There are many false gods. Read the Bible and the Quaran, while they share some of the same stories you will quickly realize that they are not the same God, unless he has a split personality. I don't hate muslims, in fact I have a good friend who is muslim. But I believe her religion is false.

Christians beleive in one God and believe that he has his son Jesus Christ who died on the cross for everyones sins. Muslims believe in one God called Allah and do not emphasize Jeus like Christians do. Jews are like Christians in that they belive in one God but they also do not emphsize Jesus. Hindus actually believe in much more than one God. Some Christians and Jews just hate some Musims because certain ones sacrifice themselves and others because they think it will get them into heaven.

Yes, Muslims, Jews, and Christians all worship the same God, but in different ways. There is conflic between the religions because thay don't agree; everyone believes that their religion is the right way to worship. As for Hindus, no they don't worship the same God.

No, it means that each one believes their God is the one true God. It means somebody is right and somebody is wrong. Even people who claim they the believe the God of the bible may not mean the same thing because people change the God of the bible to the God they want and then claim they believe the God of the bible.

The re is one and only ALLAH (GOD) for every one. True muslim never hates any other religion coz he is not allowed to do so becaue ALLAH says in the Wholly Quran "dont talk bad about the other religions and there gods because in return they will do the same. U now the truth and ur this action will make them sinfull coz they have not yet recognized the truth." If any body hates to any other religion including muslims then just feel that it is just due to his/her inernal complexes. COZ atleast our religion Islam dose not allow us.

Absolutely not. The linage of the Muslim faith comes from the illegitimate relationship between Hagar and Abraham which produced Ishmael. As opposed to the Christian linage of Abraham through his wife Sarah which bore Isaac, Jacob and the twelve tribes of Israel. Allah is not God.

One God. Many 'ways' towards God. Hating is not the answer to reach God. There's no religion if a person hates one another.
