No, it has a different weight. Prestige alone does not necessarily entail power, but power always has prestige. Prestige is its own fame.

Prestige is one kind of power, so is money, influence (as in politics etc), and fame.

Prestige is defined as: reputation or influence arising from success, achievement, rank, or other favorable attributes.

For example: Doctors, Nobel Prize winners, the Pope, Supreme Court Justices all have Prestige...even though the may not necessarily have money, fame or influence (often they do, but not always).
