The Bible does not say that. Matthew 25:41 states that Jesus, at judgement day, will say to those on His left 'Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire........' The key word in this phrase is ETERNAL. People who are in the fire are there for eternity. Satan doesn't 'suffer the longest'. Everyone is there for eternity.

This is a reference to the scapegoat in Leviticus.
Leviticus 16:8 And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat.

That statement is not true.All sins,past,present and future were put on Jesus and He suffered infinitely for them on the cross.Only Jesus is our Redeemer and Saviour.Satan is not going to hell for our sins.Only because of his own wickedness.
