i bought their zune, but i cant use its software without downloading sp2. how can i get it free because the WGA tool keeps stopping me. if its possible.

You can't legally download or you SP2 without a legal copy of Windows XP. Just spend the $50 and write it off as the cost for the Zune.

I don't know where you got the copy of windows from, but generally you should check to make sure your software/hardware purchases are compatible.
The WGA tool does allow for alternative methods of ensuring that its a valid copy. + they will send the update on a cd for a nominal fee.

you have the answer to your question, but then if you get the SP2 from external link its sure that it will crack it down and you will land up formatting or reinstalling and all the **** work..
Its better to have a genuine one than running around with a pirated copy of Windows. Thanks to BILL

just download from an external site, then manualy install it.
