..and fill the gap , if you have never been loved as a child ?
when i say strange people i don't mean like it like that..

i mean you know , extenuating more love than any negative thinkings or doings on to others. It might have a lot do with stress reduction am I right?

You make an interesting point, and it's something that should receive more discussion. Too many people tend to spend too much time inside their own heads, worrying about their health or their finances or their mental diseases.

Healthy, well-adjusted people think more outwardly, which is what I think you're suggesting. Focus your energies and attention on others in a helpful way, and you can't spend so much time dwelling on your own problems. Am I understanding your question? If so, then I agree with you.

When you show attention and care to a person that had a difficult life, especially if they had difficult relationships.

Some have really gone through a great deal as children, parents being neglectful or abusive, and they need people who are genuine cheerleaders and supporters for their life.

I know, I had those cheerleaders and supporters who encouraged me to go on and be who I am today. What did that do for me? It helped me to take what I learned and to help others in their pain and suffering. As one of my friends said, "ya did good".
