I have cars still in original plastic(like the 1's ya see hanging in the Hot Wheels section)Question;how can I clean the plastic? Covered in nicotine mixed w/ dust.If your about to suggest Windex or the like,its abrasive on plastic.PLEASE dont answer if ya dont KNOW .Thanks

Use a mixture of 3 waters to 1 vinegar. It cleans everything, leaves no streaks and is practically free.

I have used a liquid cleaner Called GOO GONE for years on my collection--It can be found at Walmart. No problems for me on Discoloration-Scratching. It will take off gummy substances like Price Sticker Glue of of the Plastic as well!!!!!

Mild soapy warm water and a soft rag is what I use for my collectables ...They really need to be in a plastic display case if you want to keep them in A1 condition!!!!I have over 100 cars of various sizes and makes...Most are covered!!!

a mixture of 1-10 javex and water then rinse with plain water. just wipe with a cloth and all the dirt from over the years will come right off
