My dog bit someone and Police have already come to my house to pick him up, but i don't want to give him to quarantine.
help!

You don't have a choice.
They're getting a warrant and will seize the dog.
If you resist, you will be brought up on charges. (and they'll still take the dog.)
More good news.
You have to pay for quarantine.
All 6 months of it.
I worked at a vet clinic that worked closely with animal control. I've seen this situation a few times.

No - a quarantine is a restrict for a set quantity of time -- oftentimes set as much as be the incubation era of many illnesses. All you're able to do is touch the rustic you're shifting to and ask related to the specifics of their quarantine.

I believe the consequences are jail. Your dog will be fine, I know it's hard, but it's standard procedure. Many people's dogs have been quarantined.

Probably starts with contempt of court. They could come onto your property and take the dog by force. Or worse yet, if the dog reacts and attacks, they'll shoot him. Best to comply.

i'm not 100% sure, but i don't think you have a choice. unless you want to go to jail, you have to surrender your dog for quarantine. they just want to watch your dog and make sure he doesn't have rabies.

You don't have a choice. They'll watch him for rabies, and decide if he's a further danger to society, and then, you might get him back.
