Legally, it's okay but it's unethical and immorally.
It's wrong because at 52, the guy has already lived half of his life. The girl, at 21, is just beginning to live her.
A 21 year old girl would be interest in a man old enough to be her father for one reason only: She's interested in what he can do for her financially.
And of course the 52 year old man is interested in her because of her youth and what she can do for him sexually.
But as you stated in your question, he is history and no longer a part of your life.
So let it be and let both parties find out the hard way what an ill-fated match they will turn out to be.

A man 52 with a 21 year old. Although it is true, you are both over 18. So, what if everyone will think that is your Father or Uncle. LOL

This is his pattern of behavior, so consider yourself lucky and brave enough to move on. The 21 could be seeking to have a relationship with someone that reminds her of daddy; it happens they need that sense of protection. Or she is a gold digger, is she in "love" with him or finds older man more interesting. The age is only a problem when he becomes 65 will he share his old age check with her? Uncommitted guys tend to move from girl to girl; if the girl accepts him sure he is going to make a move on her if the girl shoots him down he is not going to get hurt he will simply move on until he finds the girl that wants an old man.

Sure it is Ok since she is over 18 but I think he is delusional to think a 21 year old would be interested in a man who is about the same age as her dad.

Love has no boundaries! maybe he's tired of the same old crap and looking to make he's life feel younger! as for old and crusty I'm 43 and I can run circles around you young pups in looks and my knowledge in treating a woman how they want to be treated. Besides who cares what anybody else thinks as long as they are happy. Move on and you find someone that makes you happy weather it be a young or older man.

While it's not illegal, I agree that it seems wrong. The girl probably thinks it will be impressive to tell all her friends she's dating a "mature man", or maybe she thinks he has money and will take care of her, or she seriously needs a father figure. Chances of it lasting are slim. They are in very different life stages. Be glad you are free of him.

No that is just wrong. She's probably using him a sugar daddy.....sick. No i believe this isn't healthy because not only is he mature and she is immature, but just because he is almost as old as her dad and i'm sure he won't like it.

It’s quite obvious.
She wants the financial security men her age can’t provide and he wants the physical attributes women his don't have.
