So I first saw this girl around 2 months ago and I just started crushing on her for no reason ,she's not even that of an attractive girl, just average pretty face and i think its her smile that got me. So I feel like i need to know her... And ever since I've been debating with myself whether or not to talk 2 her. I would see her only a few times per week for a short moment. we've also made some eye contact but its most likely only because we recognize each other from our only class together. So getting to my question, would it be weird if after all this time of not exchanging any words I suddenly just talk to her?
On a side note she does wear a single ring and its on her ring finger so I'm a bit skeptical if she is taken or not.

First If you want to know about this girl and you kinda like her, you have to open your mouth and talk to her, what can it hurt to have a conversation with her. The only way to get answers is to ask the question. the only weird thing is you for not going up to her and saying something. Walk up to her and introduce yourself and go from there. She can only say that she is going out with somebody, of that she isn't looking for a relationship just a friendship.

No it would not be weird for you to just up and approach her to chat. A ring on her ring finger doesn't necessarily mean she is taken. Well... maybe she is... but you don't know until you ask her right?. Hey, look at it this way...even if she is taken, whats stopping you from just becoming friends with her?. The point is, just do it!. Just approach her and talk to her. Either she likes you or she don't. Maybe you could become good friends..who knows!. Either way..Goodluck :-).

Why don't u just talk to her and get to know her. And whats this about her being average pretty? SO! whats that got to do with anything? It's not wise and as big a deal to date only REALLY REALLY KNOCK DEAD PRETTY GIRLS
Most of the are to stuck on themself that they never care about how bad they make anyone who they feel are not as pretty as they are and they never really like or trust girls who as prettier then she maybe.
But back to your question, notheings wrong with you talking to her, Im sure she's a nice girl and she will enjoy u being friendly and nice to her. U know she may like u the sameway and she may want you to make the first move.
So get to know her because u could be missing out of a great person if you don't. =-)

All you can do is summon the courage to ask her. If she's "taken" then what's said is done and there's not much you can do but the obvious. You should move on from there.
However, remember that relationships are not built on smiles and pretty faces, they're built on trust.
My advice: Go for it. You have nothing to lose. The worst you could do is do nothing..

You are not a mind reader so try talking to her; what will you lose if she is taken? You tried. It is better to know than to think of "what if" what if I had talked to her than going through the school year thinking and thinking without getting the answer?

there's no harm in talking to her. i think you should.
if a guy i recognized started talking to me out of the blue, i would not at all be weirded out
as for the ring, you can find out whether or not she's taken when you talk to her!

ha! this may be me. hahaha..weird.
i do wear a sapphire ring on my ring finger. but i'm not with anyone. i just wear cuz it's the 1st piece of real jewelry i bought for myself.
even if this is not me, i don't think you should ask her out. you said it yourself that she's not that attractive..so move on.
sometimes people just like someone cuz they are bored. don't ruin things.

Your hair would not quite suite your face. i might say get edge bangs, and dye your hair a darker brown, or perhaps black. or according to threat amber..
