An antique shop would charge you an arm and a leg...
Id check out used book stores, thrift stores and look for books with interesting bindings.

most flea markets have used book stores. I have several that I got in a mixed lot of stuff bought at an antique auction. I think the whole box was 5 bucks. check ebay as well.

I am KING when it comes to yard sales! You would be shocked if you saw what I do: a first printing of a 1963 Rin Tin-Tin book for $10! Tons of old childrens books for a quarter!
Yard sales and Flea Markets! Just pay attention.

No it wont. it honestly relies upon on what the books are approximately, no longer how they seem. I honestly have books with paperback that i could be proud to instruct the international that i've got study - and hardback books that i might rather throw away. no longer all books are available in perplexing cover anyhow.
