I would cook it on 400º, 10 minutes on each side and then a quick 2 minutes under the broiler until the juices are no longer red.

Better than guessing, use a real meat thermometer.
If memory serves, Medium Rare is about 145 degrees, medium about 160 and well no higher than 170.

I bought a cheap digital meat thermometer about 3 years ago and found that it made all the difference, I wouldn't put meat in the oven wihtout one now.
