EVERYTHING !!!
There is no other creator and I don't know of any BAD things in the universe .
There are certainly BAD EVENTS which are cause by MISUSE of a GOOD thing which was given to us by God .That good thing is called free will. This Free will coupled with the ability to process information separates us from everything in creation . It makes us superior to lions ,whales, birds and even volcanoes or hurricanes because we can use it to OVERCOME them and just about any obstacle we are faced with. The PROBLEM is that when not excercised correctly , ie. to achieve positive goals, and is instead geared towards selfishness it can be destructive.
I am glad though that God gave us a choice. This CHOICE is what separates good from evil.
" A closed door not only shuts out the darkness but also the light" and closing the door on free will would throw out the Ghandis the Martin Luther Kings and the Mother Theresas along with the Hitlers and Stalins.
I hope this answers ypour question.

In the beggining God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form. Gid created the whole universe, pure. It is we humans that make it unholy, by sin, polluting and all the other things we do to destroy this earth. Think about it this way, how about if you made an invention of, lets say, you invented another ozone layer. How would you like it if people gradually destroyed it, And after it's all ripped up and bad, people ask you why did u create a bad/ useless thing. God created everything to his liking and i appreciate the beauty of it. Everything is unique in its own way, good, or bad. Bees sting because its their way of life just like we walk away when someone is bothering us. Thats what makes everything special, everything is unique.

Good and Evil aren't things or creations. God created everything and said it was "good". He created man and woman and said it was "very good". Adam and Eve are never recorded as doing something evil as we generally understand evil today. The replaced the God of their lives with themselves, put themselves in the driver seat and did something that was pleasing in their own eye. The serpent said that eating the fruit (disobeying God) would make them like God and it did. They became their own God. Self Seeking (Gaining Wisdom), Self Centered (My Decision), Self-Conscious (Realized they were naked), Self Preserving (It was her fault)

God created the universe and everything in it. He created all that is good AND all that is bad. Especially the bad. God's choice for letting bad things happen to good people was forced on him after he decided to allow all living things the privilege of free will. Basically, we're the only ones who can stop these bad things from happening to us.

God created all things good and perfect. Man added to God's creation and man is not perfect, therefore his addition is not perfect. Man corrupted the perfection God gave us. Satan could have lived forever, which he will, and unless man sinned, Satan could do nothing about man's goodness. Man was made with a choice like God wanted him to be able to be, but God wanted us to make HIM our choice. God did not create robots that could not change regardless of how much we would like to do that. We are ever-changing and we are always puffed up thinking we are more advanced in our wisdom than we really are,

God created everything good. There was no other creator (except evolution w/out a creator); Satan is the instigator that could be found guilty of a false creator of good.
GOD BLESS! AMEN! SHALOM!

Our universe works on the very nature of opposing forces. One cannot create good without creating bad since good can only be defined in comparison to bad.
