It means someone used an online translator and got gibberish - that's about all you ever get from one of those.
As a guess, the input in English was: My heart is burning, it will never quit burning, for you.
An actual translation is:
My breast of breast is I burn never I quit I burn to you (plural).

It's a weird phrasing with a few words not agreeing with the proper Latin case.
