college student on baseball scholarship, doesn't cook. doesn't do dishes, worksout 4-5 times per week BUT doesn't eat healthy, prepared foods etc...........sometimes a frozen pizza or some microwave food.

karla -- it's all about STRATEGY. There are guys who like to cook, you know. Or who can afford to eat out. (Or women, just in case.) You need not get married or anything.

Also, there are a lot of older women who love to cook. Make friends.

Eat fresh stuff like - buying a veggie tray (since you eat out or pick up fast food).

You can stop by a restaurant and pick up food to go - like stir-fried veggies with chicken or beef - from a Chinese restaurant. It will have a lot of sodium in it but the veggies and meat will be good for you.

I understand they have some new frozen meals that are fresh veggies and meat and the sauce cooks separately - you could try those. Don't remember what the name of them is but they are in the frozen section.

If you don't cook or do dishes, I think you are limiting yourself but, that's your choice.

I taught my son to cook and sew before he left home after graduation. He is now a first sargeant in the Army so he's not a weak person. He sews his own buttons on and helps his wife out with whatever she would like when she is ill.

What does your future look like? Are you planning to stay the way you are until you marry someone who will do it for you? What if she/he doesn't cook either? Will you be eating prepared foods for the rest of your life?

I'm not trying to put you down, I can see you want to make changes in your life. It doesn't make you any less a strong person to learn how to do things that may not be easy to do. You had to practice and practice and get good at baseball to go on and get a scholarship - you can do the same thing with anything you want to take on and master. Remember your health is very important if you want to live a long time. Don't wait for someone else to take care of it for you - take control and learn to do it yourself. (I will step off my soap box now).

Well u can chinese food does have a section for people on a diet it is steam veggies meats or sea food.Then u can eat salads,nuts,cereal,yogurts,ect.By the way if don`t want to deal with the dishes u can buy plastic bowls,pasta (like spaghetti thin ones) put water inside the bowl,add salt (add a little more than it is said on the box) and microwave it for 15 minutes then add ANY ready made pesto or sauce and enjoy your healthy meal.
U should avoid ready made microwave food coz it contains a ,lot of sodium

You probably are not going to believe this, but the now frozen dinners are healthy. The brand called Stouffer's does not have additives. Marie Calendar, Boston Market, Michale Angelo are delicious. You can also buy pre-cooked Tyson chicken. Follow directions on the containers and heat in the microwave.

Add canned vegetables and potatoes to your meat meal. Canned fruit could be your dessert.

You can buy all types of frozen pre-cooked breakfast too. We like the Jimmy Dean and Olson brands. They have eggs, sausages, bacon. Both have a bun with eggs/sausage/cheese on it-precooked. Just put it into the microwave.

Buy stiff paper plants and throw away forks/spoons/knives. You can even buy throw away glasses and cups.
