Girls think popularity and money are sexy. Not all, but some do and I guess you have them in bulk! Sorry!

I agree with the first poster. Girls start appreciating sweet guys once they've had a few losers screw them over.
But I will also add, that in general, sweet guys can "appear" to be pushovers. I say "appear" b/c I don't think they are pushovers but they can appear to be. A sweet guy can be overly eager to please.
But some girls are worse than the boys. They don't want the romance or the flowers, they're in it for the booty. You may have come across the wrong girls and if a guy gets too clingy--they cut him loose.
It goes the same way with men. If a girl gets too clingy, a guy will run.
Also, in an argument, make sure you stand up for yourself, not in a mean or aggressive way, but in an assertive way.
Good luck.

That is what some girls are into..... popularity. It weeds out the ones you really don't want. It makes it easier to see the ones that you really would have more in common with.
I was a shy an introverted girl. I couldn't even look at a guy that I had a secret crush on. I liked the quieter guys. I never even had interest in the popular guys that were into sports.

Girls only want to go out with sweet boys when they're in their 30s, when they discover that cats aren't great company after all, and they are worried they won't be able to have babies much longer. In the meantime, I suggest that you study engineering or medicine. That way, you'll stay occupied for awhile while the women are getting a clue, and you'll be an even better catch for the smart women who will eventually show up.

I don't really go for popular guys unless they have personality traits I like. that's pretty rare! I would really prefer to go out with a sweet and mature guy. That's my favorite. I actually have a crush on this one guy who gets all high A's in school just because of that. He's not that popular nor does he wear clothes the popular guys wear.

I think that alot of it has to do with the misguided thought of procreation. Many women think that only "good-looking people can good-looking children, which of course is totally not true. Also I think that the world is all about looks, ya know in the magazines and movies and such. It's a shame really because I think that it really should be about a persons character, commitment, attitude, ect.......... not a persons looks because someday they will fade away, and be just as old and wrinkly as their grandparents or great-grandparents.

I think when you say "girly-girl" you mean the popular type? If i'm correct? But i think that there is a wide range of girly-girls that are out tehre for you. Girl's grow out of that phase anyways. Highschool girls are in the mind set of 3 things: boys, looking good, and what other people are doing. If your dream girl is superficial, maybe she's not your dream girl. there's someone out there for you! bst of luck :]

same reason once you advance older you would be like "OMG! John is an investment banker and makes a six-discern earnings i desire to marry him." yet John is barely attracted to getting your panties off, form of like David. Hmm.... adult males have not got a similar mentality in the direction of women (we've a various concept technique), take evolutionary biology and you will understand why this may well be a actuality of existence.

Give it time, girls this age are just looking for the "hot" guys, it's not until late high school or around college they notice true potential.
