how do we know she won't get us into another blowback-engendering conflict a la Kosovo if we elect her?

In order to get us out of Iraq, she has to be elected President. In order to be elected President she has to receive the nomination of her party. We are still at the "beauty pageant" stage of this presidential business.
Assuming that all of the blocks fall into place and she is elected, any precipitous withdrawal from Iraq in opposition to the advice of her military leaders will not result in our engagement in any other conflict because we won't have the forces to do such a thing. There will be a bailout from the armed forces on a scale which will even chill the bones of the most ardent anti-war politician. And she will have to face the possibility of one of those now-retired military leaders being her opponent in her try for a second term.

How would a Kosovo-esque conflict be worse than running from Iraq? The consequences for fleeing Iraq would't be comparable with any Kosovo-esque conflict.

Uh, we are still in Bosnia.

Much like the other Clinton, she would see which way the wind was blowing before making a decision. Then like in Kosovo she would back the wrong side.

Hillary can't and won't do squat. Only Congress can do those things and no self-respecting country will pay attention to her. And hopefully the American people will not be duped into voting her into office.
