You don't give age...but I'm guessing you both are young.
I know when I was younger and dating when I said I don't want to be constricted....I meant it. And I meant I wanted to keep my options open and I might meet someone I click with and I'm not going to feel obligated to THIS relationship...so don't blame me if you get hurt.
To paraphrase a popular book a few years ago..."she's just not that into you."
Make yourself less available and less commitment-oriented. You want her to desire you in the same way you desire her. She didn't do anything except exist to get you there, so why would you think YOU could do something to get her there.
Stay cool and focus on other things in your life. If she is that into you, she'll come around on her own.

You don't. This is something she has to decide. She may not have any "fear of commitment", rather wants her space to live her life. So, provide that for her, maybe you are too possessive. I suggest you ask yourself what you are doing.

you can't get her to get over it...she has to get over it herself...and she's not over it yet
She needs time and space to heal
And that may mean not being with anyone at the moment
she may muck you about otherwise
and the least it will be is unfair to you
if you are ready for a relationship and she's not - then move on and find someone who is
you don't want her to mess with your feelings do you?
whether its intentional or not - you will be the one getting hurt

Patience and stability. Show her that you are commited and able to meet her needs. If you have been in a relationship for a long time (years) then it is time to move on.

Turn tail and run. This is just an excuse. Cut ties. Heal. And spend your time instead being crazy about someone who HAS NO EXCUSES. Now wouldn't that be HEAVEN????

The cold war is over, but many of us still fear of communism. Just try to reassure her.
