There will ALWAYS be issues with TRANSLATIONS because they are ALL faulty.
There are two things at issue here.
1. Translations give the meanings of the words from another language according to their definitions. This is often problematic because some times the meanings of words according to their definitions does not capture the SPIRIT in which they are written or spoken. It also does not include the cultural context of the words. The word cool in English is used for many reasons , not just to indicate temperature but as a form of slang. TRANSLATING the word cool 1400 years from now could easily be problematic because there is more than one definition and more than one usage.

2. Interpretations. These are attempts to relate WHAT IS MEANT by the words being used in another language. These also can be problematic because the interpretation can be misunderstood or manipulated by the interpreter.

These are not distinctions wityhout a difference, they are very important because the Arabic language(which the Qu'ran is in) is a complex one and that is one reason we muslims do not accept ANYTHING as the Qu'ran except the Arabis version.
The WORD Qu'ran means recital and when muslims say The Qu'ran we mean The Recital of God's words. These words are completely unchanged(in Arabic) since the time of their revelation. AllQu'rans (in Arabic) are word for word letter for letter THE SAME and anyone who wants to become an Islamic scholar must learn how to read and recite it , in fact MEMORIZE it in the Arabic language. Every muslim is required to recite their ritual prayers(though not the personal non-required ones) in Arabic. This means that ALL SCHOLARS will have the understanding of the meaning because they know the literal meaning of the words and the CONTEXT in which they were revealed which allows them to translate AND interpret the Qu'ran.
ANYBODY can become a scholar simply by studying.

So to answer your question fully THERE IS NO TRANSLATION AND THERE NEVER HAS BEEN OR WILL BE that is accepted by all muslims nor should there be. The only Qu'ran , by definition, is in Arabic and ALL translations and interpretations are bound to be flawed.
