High blood pressure. Drink a lot of water you'll be fine.

If it is just a one time thing you will probably get very thirsty. But dontcha just love olives - one of my favorite things to eat both black and green. But too much salt can be bad for you, but I'm sure you already know that.

I'm pretty sure that salt has no calories!
Too much salt can cause water retention, and high blood pressure. My boyfriend uses WAY too much salt yet he has perfect blood pressure.

it has no calories, but yeah, it can cause high blood pressure and can kinda destroy your potassium and calcium intake.. i was recently sooo addicted to salt, it wasn't even funny.. i ate like at least 10 avocados a day for a month with lots of salt and pepper.. i gained a lot of weight too.. so im saying goodbye to salt for a while, at least until i can control myself with it... lol

If it is a one time thing, I'm sure you will be okay. Just don't make a nightly habit of it or it will add to high blood pressure.
