I do not agree with many of the ideals of most religions, and most religious people don't agree with most of the ideals I live by. Although we disagree, we are human (more or less) and have a limited time learn and grow. As my health begins to fade more rapidly I feel that anything that evokes thought is worthwhile, even if it is done through somewhat devious means. I will continue to toss out questions that only make sense to me, or questions that are controversial, because they tend to provoke thought, and through thought knowledge and understanding. We all need to consider that everyone here is a person, with the same feelings and cares as everyone else. We also need to consider that in some cases, people actually have a lot riding on the answers received here. Though it is a good distraction for some of us, try to keep in mind that it is based on learning from each other. Answer honestly, Question often, and don't be afraid to have a good time.
Thanks for your time and opinions.

All of this short life that we experience is about learning. The saddest people, in my opinion are those who fail to respectfully consider the ideas of others. Their reasons for doing so can be trivial (she/ he looks____) or major (fear).
I feel that they are justified in any choice they make but they miss out on many opportunities by being narrow-minded and intolerant. My take on life is to seize every opportunity to expand your knowledge and experiences. After all being still and "satisfied" causes one to become stagnant. I for one would rather grow. Have a wonderful evening my friend.

In a very few words you have expressed your feelings which very few people have the capacity. And most of all the feelings can be felt and I certainly would be grateful to be there for the maximum. After a long time I think I really have the person who really have some understanding. We all do mistakes but which done with some intension is always punishable in the courts of Almighty.

That is beautiful. I admit when I see your icon I think "oh no here we go again, more stereotyping and angry B.S." (that is what I thought when I clicked this question)

But any question asked with an attitude of respect and humility is a good question. I should take my own advice on that too ;)

depends on the question...

some questions only provoke trouble when it really wasn't nessesary for example we have this from the bible..

"1Ti 1:4 Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do. "

and

"1Ti 6:4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, "

so its clear that some can be about mischief...

now with YOU...if you are honestly trying to find away to understand Christ...rather than just accumulate information
for informations sake i say by all means continue to ask...

I think you are ready for a spiritual experience beyond your dreams. Now is the time for complete surrender. I do mean complete surrender to God. I doubt if I have to quote any scripture here. You know where to find it. Start on your knees, God will lift you up in due time. Carry on.
