i have a 3 year old girl that has less interest to eat eventhough i always cook what she likes etc fried mee (because she always ask me to cook it for her). For example, if i cooked fried mee yesterday and she would ask for more today, but when i cook it, she wont even look at it. How to overcome this?

My daughters doctor told me not to worry abt her not eating certain things. If she gets hungry enough she will eat,no matter what it is. He was right. I stopped fussing over her & she started eating. They also just take spells where they just don't eat as much as they used to & then they will eat everything in site at other times. Just relax & don't worry so much unless she starts losing a lot of weight.

I don't know WTH "fried mee" is, but a three-year-old is very clever. She has figured out that her not eating bugs the crap out of you. You will have to get to the point where you TRULY do not care if she eats her meal or not. She can tell if you're not sincere in your attitude.

Also, stop in-between meal snacks so she'll be hungry at meal times. And give her a beverage after she's eaten the majority of her meal; she may be filling up on liquids and not solid food.
