HMMMM. WELL ANY PINK IS NOT GOOD..... IFYOU GET SICK , YOU WILL FEEL STOMACH PAINS WITHIN 4-5 HRS, SWEATING, THROWING UP, AND DIAHRREA..... FOR ABOUT 8 HRS!!! GOOD LUCK I THINK YOU WILL BE OK FROM ONLY A FEW BITES..... HOW LONG AGO DID YOU EAT IT...BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL KNOW YOU HAVE FOOD POISONING!!!! I WOULD TRY TO MAKE MYSELF VOMIT BEFOREHAND.....

That depends on your immunity system of your body, most lilely not. I had some chicken that had pink in the middle and I didn't get sick. The baking temperature were exactly what should be done, but it should have been cooked an additional 15 minutes.

You should be OK, but really who told you to cook chicken in 30 mins. I see people on here saying 30 mins or 45 min and that is just not good. 350 for an hour or more is best. Longer if you like it really tender.

You should be fine. You'd be suprised what the human stomach can handle.
If its only a couple bites dont stress over it.
Worst case scenario, which is HIGHLY unlikely would be food poisoning, which is always reassuring to post at the end of a statement such as mine.

I got food poisoning from bad ham. I defacated blood, had massive body cramping, high temp., and on a liquid diet for two weeks. No joke brother. If you DONT get sick, consider yourself lucky, and for god sakes, don't take the chance again. It really sucks. Doc' told me I could have died.

you can become very sick from eating it. you will get stomach cramps, you may vomit, and you may even get the runs. if all of that happens, go to the emergency room.
