1 ONION, 1 PEPPER, 1 CUP PEAS,
1 TOMATO,
2 LG POTATOES CUT INTO MATCHSTICK SIZE
1/2 CUP RICE
2 GOYA SAZON PACKETS
1 CUP MOJO SAUCE

BROWN BEEF, ONION,PEPPER, PEAS, AND DRAIN ADD
MOJO SAUCE
AND RICE.... AND POTATO.....COVER. SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES
PUT IN GOYA SAZON
AND TOP WITH TOMATOES.........MMMMMMMMMMM
