I went out with my ex on/off for 2 years. I needed space from it all he made me upset and hurt me. I wasnt even sure if i was going out with him. I just stopped talking to him which made him try to talk to me even more, he texted me about once every week for 2 months, he even asked me to hang out but i said i was busy, after that we didnt talk it was as if we were invisible to one another. i broke the ice by later texting him hey congratulations on winning the game and he replied right away saying thanks lol i saw you in the stands. the next day i texted him about homework and he told me the homework as well as saying tell your mom i say hi. i thought things were off to a better start and decided i should be the bigger person and talk at school. i said him i told my mom he said hi and shes wondering how hes doing. he said tell her im doing good. the conversation lasted 5 seconds then we each had to go opposite ways. its only been 2 days but i havent heard from him. Time to move on?

He texts you right away? He notices you in the stands? It sounds like he was looking for you if he remembers that you were there. He says to tell your mom hi... He likes you still, and I'm being 100% honest with what I believe based on what I've heard. So if you like him, congrats. If not, well, he still likes you. :p

I think you are looking for people to tell you to move on. I did the on again off again thing for way too long...I won't say that I regret it though. After I realized that guy and I weren't going to work I moved on with my life, learned a lot about myself, got married, had a baby, and now I am going through a divorce. It has been four years since I was with him, but anytime he hears I am going through something tough he finds a way to get a hold of me and let me know he's thinking about me. Even though we didn't work as a couple I know I have a life-long friend. It sounds like you are in high school, my advice to you is don't write this guy off...stay a part of each other's lives. You don't have to be dating to hang out sometimes...if he and your mom have a friendship you should ask him over for dinner, or to watch a movie with your family...you know, spend time together, don't lose a friend like him.

Remember he hurt you so you needed space. Sounds like the relationship wasnt going good so you did the right thing. You guys have not talked in so long that now its going seperate ways. Its time to move on girl and find a man who will make you feel like a qween not make you upset and hurt. You deserve to be treated with respect, and never take anything less then what you deserve.

I think you need to be the bigger person again, try txting him. If he responds positively give him another shot, if he passes it of carelessly, just find someone else

Give it up. Your on his friends list. He cares about you enough to be friendly and say hi, but no more than that. Its past time to move on.

Hmmm, Maybe you should text him again. and if he doesnt answer. then move on. But if he does I think you should just pass by his locker and wave or say "hey, whats up?"

TIME TO SIT BACK AND SEE IF HE CONTACTS YOU. YOU BROKE THINGS OFF WITH HIM RIGHT? SO DONT PUT YOUR LIFE ON HOLD JUST DONT RUN AFTER HIM LIKE A LOVE SICK PUPPY AND BE NICE WHEN YOU DO SEE HIM. IF HE IS INTERESTED HE WILL CONTACT YOU.
