can I make sweet potatoes in the crock pot? what elese can i add with them?

If you want whole sweet potatoes, lightly rub them with butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on them, wrap them in foil, and put the wrapped taters in the crock pot. Leave it on Lo temp while gone to work, school, or overnight & they'll be ready when you return or wake up.

I always put lots of brown sugar and marshmallows and a little bit of butter ; but you;ll have to add this when there almost done.If canned put the potatoes in with 1half cup of brown sugar; and 1 cup of marshmallows.This is good with turkey and ham; and the adults and kids will love them.

Yes. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Add canned crushed pineapple and brown sugar.
