Any dog can be taught to go outside and in a certain part of the yard. Some will take longer than others, depending on the dog, their age, and any past history.
First and foremost, when you cannot watch the dog, i.e., at night or when you are not home, the dog needs to be confined to a crate or very small area. A dog will not soil their “home”, as they don’t want to be near it, either!
As soon as you get home, or when you get up in the morning, put the dog on leash, and walk them outside to a spot where you want them to go. Always go to the same area. This will become their potty spot, and will make things a lot easier for clean up. As you go outside with them, tell them to “go potty”. They will soon learn what this means, which will help in the long run.
As soon as they go outside where they are supposed to, a lot of praise, petting, and an occasional treat. This will reinforce that you are happy with them. Do this praise immediately, as a dog’s attention span is very short and if you wait, they will be happy you are praising them, but they will not know why you are praising them.
If the dog makes a mistake and goes in the house –
If you are there and see them start to go, tell them “no” in a firm voice, immediately take them outside to their potty spot.
If you do not see them actually in the act, then do nothing. Scolding the dog after the fact will not teach them, as they will not remember what they did and will not know why you are angry.

Any puppy that is allowed to have free roam of a house is hard to train. It's best to crate train.
You need to catch the pup in the actual act of deficating or urinating. If a pup had full run and not being watched it is very hard to train.
Take the pup out every 2-3 hours best at waking up from naps., drinking, eating and Play time.
do not play at all witht he pup when you are expecting him t go.
If he goes inside tellhim no and take outside,to papers,we pad or what ever to do his business. even if you just had him there.
I have never had problems training my chis and those who do crate training and purchase my pups haven't had much problems.

Then you'd better get up off your butt and stop wasting time on the computer! It is YOUR responsibility to clean up after him until he becomes housebroken so you'd better get going. Do NOT leave it for your mother to clean up or you won't have a dog for long!
Why didn't you do your homework BEFORE you got the dog?! Now the dog will end up suffering and possibly at the pound, because you were too lazy to make the effort and just wanted to go out on the spur-of-the-moment and get a dog! EDUCATE yourself. Get a book about dog or get on the internet and READ! We can't do it for you. There are some things in life for which you will have to make an effort!

A good way is if in the morning about 7:00 take your dog outside to pee/poo and if she already has then that means you need to take her out earlier then after you feed her take her outside then again one last time at night your dog should start seeing that thats why you take him outside and that should work
