After being a nervous wreck the first 19 yrs of my life I have found there s nothing that will bring you peace like a relationship with ALLMIGHTY GOD.
Addicting yourself to tobacco and/or pot,alcohol etc is a bad idea.It doesn't help you health wise and you end up need larger doses.
Theres no peace like knowing you're right with the LORD and KNOWING that you know that you are and KNOWING HE hears your prayers and cares about your concerns AND will see you through ANYTHING that comes your way!
Read John 3:1-5 and Acts 2:28, thats where to start and try a United Pentecostal church sometime, they are great!

DON'T SMOKE. It will only stress you more, plus it makes you smell. Coffee, w/e, that's your choice. I suggest making something with clay or magnetix or w/e, you can smash those, and take out your frustrations with NO consequences. Smoking will just harm you, in both the short and long run. Also on the pot issue, it will only destress you for a little while, then you'll hit reality again. I wouldn't. I hope this helps, and that you feel better. :)

Do not smoke!!! It is so hard to stop and it harms you and others around your smoke. Pot isnt an answer either. Maybe try to jog or take a walk... Or get a membership to a gym to work out. Point is you wanna relax not slowly kill your self. Take your hobby and do that to enjoy time and relax.

Do not smoke pot. Also bad for your health and illegal.
Stop drinking so much coffee. The caffeine is making you more stressed and nervous.
Do something healthy like running or exercise. This will help with stress and make you feel better.

You're a freaking idiot if you take up smoking to relax.
Consider meditation, a hot bath, a walk, a good book, a cup of tea or hot chocolate, ANYTHING but doing something as harmful to your body as smoking. Good grief. You're 16. How can you possibly be THAT stressed?
