what credit card visa company doesn't need all that information such as prof of my address?

all credit cards need your address, where would they bill you? you cant just put a random address and get away with it, they need you tp prove where you live for collateral and billing

A dishonest company that does not mind if everyone applies for credit cards in your name and has the cards sent to their addresses and not to you.
