I had insomnia for 3 months, I had never take sleeping pills. I just took melatonin and valerian. After I noticed that I could sleep already, I stopped them. But I just slept well for two weeks , now the insomnia returned to me for 2 days.
What advice have you got for me to solve this problem?

Hey, there's lots you can do. Best to avoid sleeping pills as they're just bad news in the long run.

You might be suffering from rebound insomnia because you have come off the melatonin and Valerian, or it could be that the real cause of your sleep problem is still present.

Do you know how your insomnia started 3 months back?

Best to tackle the underlying cause. If you want more info, you can visit http://www.howtobeatinsomnia.com

Talk to your dr about this. insomnia can cause health problems eventually if it goes on too long. Get something from the dr that will get you back on a good sleeping pattern.

Try a sleep disorder clinic at your hospital.
