Try going to any type of phone company store, for example: sprint center, verizon store, etc or call your phone compaies number

You can get the spare part but is a little expensive. It would be better (and cheap) if You buy a new one

go to the provider store, like if you pay your bill with at&t go to one of those.
Dont wait it may still be under warranty which means the repair(s) will be free.
