The intense moment at Gethsemane, physical pain of torture and dying, or the fact that He was carrying the sins of the world, and that the Father had turned His back on Him?

In the end, it's all the same, I think. The pain and torture were results of his purpose, to save us from our sins. This, he willingly endured for us. If I had to chose, I would pick that God turned His back on Jesus. Through all the other sufferings, Jesus knew that God was with him. But when God turned away, Jesus was alone. Going through trials with God is much easier than without Him.
Betty- Jesus was not oblivious to pain. The Bible says that he "cried out" while on the cross. Also, if he was oblivious to pain, why did he ask God to take the cup from him at Gethsemane? Jesus knew what was coming, but he endured it for us.
I speak the truth- I totally agree with you. Yeah, people definately realized that Jesus was talking bs and that's why they crucified him and stopped telling other people that he was the Son of God. That's why the belief that Jesus is the Savior died with him. That's why we have never heard about Jesus, because everyone figured out he was just a crazy guy... Oh wait... we HAVE heard about Jesus, we STILL believe he is the Savior, and and people DIDN'T stop telling others about him. Glory to the King of Kings!

I believe that when the Father removed his Holy Spirit from the Son, that was the most agonizing moment in the life of our Lord.
The reason being because from the time the Son was begotten of the Father, in the beginning, even before the creation of the heavens and earth, the Father was with the Son and the Son was with the Father. They were never apart.
Yet, when the Son became the sin of mankind, the Father who cannot have any association with sin had to look away. God removed his spirit from Jesus for God cannot have his Holy Spirit in an unclean vessel.
That is why a man must be born again. The man who has sin is a vessel that is unclean and the Holy Spirit of God cannot enter him, least the man be destroyed. For new wine must be put into new wine sacks, least they burst and the wine is lost.
So the man must be made holy through the blood of the lamb. Sin is removed when the man is baptized into Christ through his blood. The man then has become clean, holy, and then can the Holy Spirit of God enter into him.

It became pronounced that interior the backyard, Jesus sweat blood. That wasn't merely from the crucifixion for the reason that became how all criminals have been killed then. however the suffering became a non secular suffering while all the sins of the worldwide, or worlds, as you desire to be certain this have been laid upon Him, and then, if that weren't undesirable sufficient, He then, that's pronounced went to the backside hells to go through the fullest, and there the bible says He preached to the souls in hell. So, then we are able to be comforted, that even in hell, some spirits might desire to take heed to and turn around. yet Jesus suffering...that's going to be unable to be measured. that's why in Revelations, it says 'worth artwork the Lamb'. in case you recognize that Jesus died for our sin, then you definately are on your way residing house, brother.

It was obvious that the Father's turning His back on Jesus was the most traumatic event of the cross. It was the only time He cried out to God in any way while in His suffering.

Ooooh, good question. I think the physical pain hurt more since Jesus had trust in God; He knew that God had His back turned for a reason.

Carrying the sins of the world. Imagine how many times you sin in only your lifetime! He has to carry everyone's past, present, and future. That's a load

I think the peoples unbelief was even more painful.
Matthew 1
21She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus,[c] because he will save his people from their sins."
The same people Jesus came to save were the ones who wanted Him crucified.

God didn't turn His back on Jesus Christ. He had angels lift him alive to heaven. God made another man look like Jesus and he was crucified instead of Jesus. This is the truth God explains in Quran. And not a single of Quran has been altered since it was revealed to Prophet Mohammad because God says it Quran that I will protect Quran from alterations.
Jesus didn't get to live his full life on earth. This is why only Jesus Christ will be sent back to earth when God will need Jesus to fight forces of Dajjal. Jesus will have special powers and he will kill Dajjal.
