No...still waiting here in Texas...but told via email, that the checks will be sent out this month.

Checking in from Sacramento, Ca. and still holding my breath, no checks yet, yes I said checks I had two homes affected. According to @ameriquestmultistatessettlement.com
the checks are in the mail. I was lucky, I didn't loose my homes to those crooks. Hang in there everyone!!!!

They should be coming out right about now to those folks who submitted their claims by the Sept 10, 2007 deadline.
