Dresses for more formal occasions, skirts for occasions that are less than formal or casual. These articles of clothing are simply more feminine and the length of the skirt can be varied to reveal more or less skin depending on the environment.

Skirt or dress, then they look like a woman. Think about it, would you like a man who dressed in skirts ? Duh, men and women are different, so celebrate the fact in every way.
