Well after all the health tests you'll have done; OFA hips, thyroid, elbows, eyes, etc... you'll be in the hole a great bit. Unregistered pups are only worth as much as the going rate of a shelter dog, usually around 50-200 dollars.
Spare your girl, and yourself, the trouble and risk; have her spayed. There are tons of unwanted Sheps already.

Consider the fact that unregistered puppies will sell for no more than $450.00 normally. then take into consideration that WITHOUT complications, it will run YOU around $560/600 per pup for whelping, etc. after birth. And in the worst case she needs a c-section, you are looking at THOUSANDS of dollars out of YOUR pocket. Real, reputable, knowledgable breeders that care about the puppies' well being DO NOT make much of, if any profit. If she is not registered and certified, you have no business BREEDING (correct spelling!) anyway. Especially when the mother doesn't even have her hips and eyes certified. You will be making a HUGE mistake, get her spayed and don't contribute to the already ridiculous dog overpopulation (by millions) PLEASE!
ADDED:
If you were even able to find a backyard breeder willing to stud, the puppies would have even more problems. No handler/owner of any registered dog would stud out a male to an unregistered female. Especially if her parents were not even registered. Do some research and educate yourself.
ADDED: Are you aware that GSD/GSD mixes and Lab/lab mixes make up almost 75% of the dog population right now??? This includes ones in homes and ones on shelters.

Here's my canned answer....
WOOOHOOO! welcome to the Backyard Breeder Club. The only requirements are that you
1. Have no Idea what your doing
2. Breed dogs with no credentials or pedigree
3. Specialize in mutts, "designer dogs",extra small, extra large, or "rare specimens".
4. Incorrectly breed dogs with no regard to age or health.
5. Breed because your dog needs to have one litter or because your dog is "awesome" or you "love puppies"
6. Give no regard to where your puppies go as long as they get sold
7(most important!). Make lots of money
If breeding Multiple dogs, you are up for consideration into the Puppy Millers Club
I hope your breeding goes well and your b*tch doesnt die during delivery.
Try reading this website and see if you think it is "worth it from a financial standpoint"
http://www.geocities.com/learntobreed/truestories.html
If your dog isn't a conformation champion or shutzhund dog, hasnt been OFA certified which is EXTREMELY important in GSDs and had all the other relevant testing done, please dont do it.... You would be putting low quality mutts out into the world. Sorry but without papers your dog cant be proven as a purebred.... not that papers on a non conformation dog mean much, I volunteer at a doberman rescue and we got a "purebred" doberman in with her AKC papers and she was a GSD cross, didnt look much like a doberman at all, she did look like a purebred sheperd though.

Please don't do this! And if you do, please do ALL the health testing etc. required of breeders who show champion dogs.
The point of breeding is to improve the line, not make money. Done correctly, in fact, one RARELY makes ANY money. It is just not that simple to produce good pups, and that should be the goal.
I feel so sorry for this breed. Where I am, they are a dime a dozen and so many are killed in the shelters here. German Shepherd rescues are at their witts end all the time.

You are heartless. Completely heartless. Take a look around. Go to www.youtube.com and type in "puppy mill" or "kill shelter". See what you're really getting yourself into.
This world does not need any more dogs. There are already MILLIONS (MILLIONS, damnit!!!!) being euthanized each year because there are just too many and not enough good homes.
DO NOT BREED YOUR DOG.

Why do you want to breed her for? I will be surprised if any reputable breeders will let you use their males. Please spay her since you cannot sell the pups for too much.

Check your local advertising listings for price ranges in your area and go from there.
That is what I would do.
That way you aren't pricing yourself too low or out of the market.
Good luck.

Sell them for free. Or better yet don't breed them. We have enought unwanted dogs in this country. We do not need more! They will end up becoming unwanted dogs or being put to sleep!
