it means hes doing the rebound thing...making himself get better becuz he already has a new girl and you dont.
its worse when you dump them...usually they dont act like that if they dump you

It means 1 of 2 things.
1. Hes a betch and he is not in a committed relationship with anyone so he has no skills and just is in relationships for bragging rights.
2. He is probally mad at you so he is just trying to get back at you by getting another girl and being a bad ex. So just ignore him and he will eventually lose interest in you and go on with his sad, strange, uncommited relationship life.

Well I would say you were not the only one he was seeing. Get over him and do you really care if he is rude to you or not. Cut the strings and move on he is not worth keeping or staying friends with.
