No she should have been updated on all her shots before she was bred

sure you can if you want to kill all your pups
she should have gotten her booster shots before she was even bred up you need to wait now till she through nursing her pups get her vaccinated when the pups get their vaccinations at 6 weeks old

no you can't. any good vet will tell you that you can't vaccinate a dog while she's pregnant or nursing.
