I would like to believe that all roads lead to home but do they? Each religion has its own set of beliefs, even within Christianity. The only thing you can do is read the different books associated with the different religions. If a religion claims to be Christian but uses a book other than the Bible for its doctrine, I would beware. Jesus Christ is the only religious leader who inspires hate from other beliefs. During His ministry He performed numerous miracles and helped many yet He was put to death, why? A child can talk about any religious leader in school except one. Some children have been expelled for talking about Jesus Christ in school, why? There is only one Lord of Lords and King of Kings!

People are constantly believing things that are blatantly contradictory. In that case, open mindedness = retardation. You might as well not believe anything at that point. It's like trying to believe in equal rights and slavery at the same time. Believing in 2 different religions almost makes you a double hypocrite. There are enough people who believe in one religion yet fail to follow it's principles without having to have people believing multiple religions at the same time.

Yes, yes, yes, yes! Many religions teach basically the same thing. I love when people ask what I believe. The conversation goes something like this;
"Are you a Christian?"
"No"
"You don't believe in God?"
"I do"
"You don't believe in Jesus?"
"I believed he lived, and was very elevated in his spirituality"
"But you don't believe he was resurrected?"
"Actually, I believe it is possible that he was"
"SO, you're a Christian"
"No... I don't believe he was God"
.... and so on.
Just an example that you can believe part (or even all) of different religions.

It's not about 'religion', it's about your personal belief in God. There are lots of churches out there, but before you can find a "favorite", you'll have to decide what you believe.
I would suggest that you read the bible, think about creation, eternity, your own soul and it's salvation, and decide exactly what it is you believe. THEN go find a church that both enforces and make you think about that belief.
Just remember, when all is said and done, it's about God.

Don't let the Christofascists scare you!!!
God gave you a mind to use, not close...use it!
Learn from all cultures and beliefs.
God is the creator of ALL and has presented he's/her/it's self to all the people of his creation NOT just the "Truth" Warriors of Christianity and Islam.
Search til your hearts content.
God created this diversity to give finite minds a chance to see more of the infinite.

Being open minded is one thing, but trusting God is what matters most. If Jesus says He is the way and the truth and the life, I believe Him!
Also, consider if we took the approach in science (such as in determining the shape of the earth) that more than one answer could be right???

Probably not. If you are a Christian, look into one of the major religions. Basically they all believe in God, a Trinity, and Jesus as God. They only differ in the details of how worship is accomplished. Stay away from fringe religions. You can always be tolerant of all religions without believing in the details of their worship. Most non-Christian religions are not tolerant of other beliefs. I recommend you stay with the religion of your parents.

I think its more correct to say sometimes people believe some ideas from one religion and some from another. But they don't believe 100% in one religion. Believe me, I understand that entirely.

Of course it is. I have a faith that tosses the idea of a God and an afterlife in the air as a big question mark, so you could follow mine and any other that you wanted to, and they would hardly conflict in the overall since.
