I am not trying to anger anyone, but there is no actually proof God existed, yes theres the bible but thats any other book, that any one could of wrote. And if God did exist, who made God? where did he come from? I am just looking for the truth, how do we know that he is just not some made up person? How do we know God is the "true" God? there are many other religions and different Gods out there, how do you know that those religions are not true? Maybe we are worshiping the wrong person?

I want people to answer this question honestly and truthfully, I dont want people to be upset. I want others opinions.

You should watch the movie zeitgeistmovie.com
and then go google the video Who Wrote the Bible.
This will clear up alot of the questions you have.
Watch them and then tell me what you think.

We know that all of creation had to have a beginning, and therefore a creator. No religion say that God had a beginning, therefore he did not need a creator.

Also, the bible has been proven accurate by both Christian and non-Christian historical evidence and Luke, who wrote the books of the bible Luke and Acts, is considered by most historians the greatest historian of his time.

Once we agree that the bible is accurate, which there is a lot of evidence to say it is, we can look at what the bible says about what happened, leaving out all the theological teachings for a start, and come to the conclusion of a God.

The other way we know of a God is our personal relationship with him. Although this should probably not provide a basis for faith, it is very important as you move on.

There are a lot of book with the historical evidence of the New Testement including Is the New Testament History? by Paul Barnett, which I encourage everyone to read.

Good luck.

We can only find "proof" of the existence of God by looking with our own hearts, souls and minds. We do not need to prove it to anyone else...the only truth that matters is what WE believe...this is our truth. For me, God=love. I can see God alive in others who also believe, in natures beauty and wherever else LOVE is evident. If a non-believer acted in a loving manner, I would see evidence of God. I dont have to force my view or beliefs onto others.....this is LOVE and again, evidence of the existence of God.

"I am constantly evolving. My name is many." That is what the Energy you call "God" just said to me as to how I should answer you. But you will know for yourself when the time is right. In the source I am placing a link I think may help you determine if there is a Loving Force in the universe (God) Just go with your feelings and if they are pure, that what you call "God" will come to you. God Bless.

God represents the mystery of life, existence, the unknown and the things that lie beyond our understanding. So yes, but he's not the personal deity that most humans worship.

Study the prophesies that are in the Bible. There are hundreds of them that spoke of the event hundreds of years in advance and they are clear, concise and to the point. Nobody but our Creator can do this. Not even the fallen angels.

Read carefully:

Hbr 11:6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

FAITH is the key to heaven!
