There is this girl at my job that I like and she is goin through a tough time bc of what happens in her previous relationships she has been in. she is depress about it, she is depressed by the fact that she thinks she did something wrong in the relationship and is tired of bein used then dumped. I would like to make her feel better, during lunch she talks with the other females. What can i do or say? Im a nice guy and all, and i trully do like her and i would def love to get to know her.

Stop her one day and tell her hi. Don't push yourself on her, just take it gradually. Tell her she has pretty eyes or a pretty smile. That will make her notice and remember you. Then take it from there. Take it one day at a time. In a week or two, ask her out to get a cup of coffee. Then dinner... etc. Good luck and I hope this helps!!!

i don't think of she's attempting to play annoying to get, yet in line with probability she's offering you with a number of your very own medicine. Or she may well be attempting to have a splash time to truly think of roughly no remember if or not she needs to furnish you yet another probability. ladies' judgements opt for a number of of thought especially circumstances. call her another day or so and if she would not answer, merely bypass away a voicemail asking her to call you back. good success!

romantically, leave her be for a while.
just get to know her as a nice guy, a buddy she says at work.
then later when the time is right, you can both maybe get closer.
you cant force anything into being - nice guy or not.
and it makes no difference if you're a nice guy. right now - NO guy is "nice" as far as she's concerned.

awww i think that is reeally sweet of you.....
i think the only thing you can do is let her open up to you... let her know that your there for her.. to listen and to comfort her. be open with her as well .. then make her laugh. say the stupidest things you can to make her laugh. as long as she is smiling then you got her.

You need to give her space until she figures stuff out. If you move in too fast, you'll just be another potential heartbreak for her.
