It means that you really want God to hear what you are saying/asking/praying in hopes that he will grant/bless whatever.

In my own opinion, it's just another way of saying that GOD "hears" everything that you say. In a deeper sense, He is always aware of your situation.
It's hard to explain it by itself because it is not a full sentence.
**MC makes a really good point too, that you can tell GOD anything you want wherever you are and whatever you are doing. You don't need to go to a priest to ask GOD for forgiveness or for anything. All you have to do is pray.

That you don't need to use an intermediary to speak to your God. And that confession is obsolete because you can talk to your God directly and not have a priest know your deepest secrets and use them against you.
Confessionals... Best way to keep a handle on people in a village back then. It's called leverage.

It means what ever you say god hears.Because lips symbolize your mouth and you talk with your mouth and god ears symbolize hearing because u hear with your ears.

WE COMMUNICATE THROUGH SPEACH . SO FROM OUR LIPS WE SPEAK, GOD KNOWS WE ARE HUMAN WE SAY THINGS WE WISH WE HADNT , HE KNOWS THAT TO .THATS WHEN WE SAY SORRY ,BUT MEAN IT .WE ALL SPEAK OUR MINDS AND REGRET THINGS WE HAVE SAID. ITS NOT ALWAYS A BAD THING UNLESS YOU HAVE HURT SOMEONE THROUGH SPITE ETC. YES GOD HAS EARS AND HE MADE US IN HIS LIKENESS SO WE HAVE EARS TO. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK AS SOMETIMES THINGS ARE BEST LEFT TO THE DIRECTION OF GOD. HE ALWAYS FINDS A WAY. God knows everything you say. No getting away from it. Even if the people you say things about don't know, God knows so it's still bad.

It means that God will hear what you say when you talk to him and listen. It is refering to prayer, when we talk to God, and promising that we will be heard.
