Depending on how much you drank the night before, most of us call it a 'hangover'
Even getting a small buzz off wine can cause severe hangovers.
Drink plenty of water, take some aspirin, and rest. You'll be fine by morning.

When your body breaks down alcohol you get toxic by-products like acetylaldehyde. This is very toxic. You have to break this down as well, and you might be running low on what you need to do that. Get a supplement of N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) from the health store and take according to the label. NAC allows your liver to break acetylaldehyde down into harmless acetic acid. That will help the headaches, but keep your alcohol consumption low until it doesn't hurt you.

Most times I drink I get a really horrible headache. Wine is the worst for me. I did drink a couple of Coors Light the other night and felt fine the next day. What I try to do is not drink so much and have one drink and then a water, one drink and then another water, etc... It also really helps if I stay up and drink water until I am not buzzing so much. Then, I just pop a couple advil and go to bed.

What fun is that. I have been through that era and times where you want to drink and drink and drink and then wake up with the worst headache (hangover) ever where every little noise bothers you, you hate sunlight and just want to hold your pillow all day long. What I found out in years later is:you can drink only so much till your body decides when to stop and at the same time you are wasting your money on the liquor especially if you are throwing up. Money out the window. WHY

yeah, try Hangover-X or other reliable remedies(such as chaser). These can be found in many grocery stores, drug stores, and nutritional supplement stores-sometimes at convenience stores(usually near the counter). Follow instructions closely. Also a good idea to drink several glasses of water while drinking, a good little 6 oz. cup of water between drinks will help alot. Good to drink several ( 3 full twelve ounce glasses) of water after last drink before retiring. Taking a multi-vitamin and/or eating a little after drinking is done maybe advisible for some. 6-8 hours sleep will also be benefecial.

I think they call this a hangover. I have no remedy, as I do not get them, despite large efforts to obtain one. I seem to be immune to the effects of alcohol, from beer wine and mixed drinks. I also do not drink water before bed, leading me to the only thing I am sure of, I am very good at drinking.

As I understand alcohol, it dehydrates the body so when you are done drinking, drink lots of water - several glasses - and take 4 advil. You should not have a headache in the morning but you will still be lethargic - assuming you did not drink too much.
When I was in the miliary they would run us until we got sick. I would not recommend that :)

I always drink about a 20oz bottle of water prior to going to bed the night that I am out drinking. This helps your body not get too dehydrated (which is why you get the hangover/headache in the morning).
Drink your water!!

Sounds, as though that your alcohol intake is well over what your body can handle. It is very possible that you are totally wasting away your body's needed vitamins and your body's way of telling you is by giving you a headache. I would suggest cutting back a little bit.

Go to a drugstore and pickup some Chaser next time, it prevents hangovers if you follow the directions. If you forget, try taking vitamin B6, Milk Thistle, Magnesium and lots of water the next day.
