listen, and listen close....DO ANYTHING BUT ASK HER OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ifshe just got out of a bad relationship she is not going to want to date. Just be her friend and talk with her. See what's up, and when she seems ok....STILL DON'T

Wait until the whole thing blows over.

Then go for it

Then do just that get to know her...Ask some people from work to go out for some dinner or drinks and invite her along just talk to her and get to know her...Be her friend first let her gain trust in you ...show her you are a good guy and she will see it soon...give her time and after a few weeks she might be ready for someone new and when she is just take it slow...do dinners at ur place, movies, dancing anything she likes and try to keep the sexual stuff to a minimum for awhile at least til she trust you and you know it...
Good luck

Telk to her and tell her the truth...tell her that you just want to be friends and get to know her. If things go further the thats a bonus but if they don't or she does accept that you just would like to get to know her and be her friend, then just keep your distance and give her, her space and just be friendly towards her. If she doesn't accept that you just want to get to know her or be friends and thinks that you are just after one thing or just like the rest as she may see it, you are just going to have to show her that your not. As I said just keep being friendly to her and do nice things in her working day to make it easier for her if you can eventually she will see that you are a nice guy and not like the rest.

But talk to her....what more can you do...than let her know.

tell her how you feel but that you know she is going thru a tough time and that you respect that and will give her time and space.... but when shes ready to let you know so you can ask her out properly on a date and treat her like the queen that she is

ask her to eat lunch with you. just talk. she could use as many friends as she can get right now. you have to be willing to be there for her, even when she's not at her best. she'll appreciate your friendship. take it slow b/c is she going to be extremely suspicious right now. build up her trust. we tend to fall for people who care for us and that are there for us in times of need.

I would ask her to lunch and see whats up. let her know that you are there for her and then eventually let her know you want to date her. Since she has issues with trust you are going to have to take it slow.
