Did someone find the cure and is now being paid millions of dollars not to share becuase of over population?

No. The idea that the cure is being kept secret is considered one of the top ten cancer myths.
People ask this all the time, but there is no factual basis behind it.

Of course there is some type of scheme going on. Look at the chemicals in the food, the products we use on a daily basis, as well as the water supplies i.e. urban area's like Flint Michigan being affected by a poisoned water system. There is no way on earth officials did not know about that anymore than government officials not knowing that these chemicals we are being exposed to isn't harming us. Cancer along with the treatments to it is a multi-billion dollar industry. Although "some" people are cured by radiation and chemo, there are countless people still dying. However when coming up with a "long-term" plan of a " Probable" cure....it is actually smart to through in some successful outcomes or you couldn't call it a " Treatment". lol The skeptics of this theory is exactly what the government depends on to continue this cause they call " The cancer fight". Unfortunately, thousands of innocent people have been affected by this including children and that's the cruel reality. I am a believer however that any disease that forms in this world has a cure as well. Whether or not that cure is readily available as well as known about however can cause a different situation entirely.

Yes, of course they are.The more medical solutions and cures that they keep secret, the more money they can make from public treatment schemes and companies trying to find new ways to cure cancer! There is a lot of things the government do that we as public members have no knowledge of whatsoever. The of the best cures for cancer is Garlic, if you have a lot of garlic in your diet then it creates a type of anti-toxin which barricades cancer diseases, Also avoid fast food, supermarket food and almost any ready-made rubbish as this all has hidden ingredients to contribute to cancer at a vast high rate. Solution instead is to grow your own food, fruit, veg or buy from farm shops.

Cancer is hundreds of diseases, not just one. The difficulty is that different cancers are caused by different things, so no one strategy can prevent them, and different cancers respond to different treatments so no one treatment can cure them all
No, there's no conspiracy to hide a cancer cure .The conspiracy theory is an urban myth, generally circulated by those who have not had cancer or close experience of it
Consider, if there were such a conspiracy::
*whoever discovered the cure would be keeping quiet, even though it would bring them fame and fortune
*every medical professional in the whole world would have agreed to keep the cure secret. Every single one. One blabbermouth, and the secret’s out.
*the thousands of people who would have to have been cured by it in order to prove it worked would be keeping quiet about it too. Newspapers and other media wouldn't have got a sniff of it.
*doctors, scientists, researchers etc would be watching their relatives die and dying themselves (they and their families develop cancer at the same rate as the rest of the population) even though they knew of a cure

It's no secret. Chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery cures some types of cancer.
As others have said, there is no ONE cure for all cancer. It's impossible to only have one cure.

Think about it....if "the government" had a secret cure, would anybody who is part of "the government" still be getting cancer? Are they? Yes? Then there's your answer!

Nope.
Just as there are hundreds of different types of cancer, there are hundreds of different treatments for cancer. There is not, and will never be, one single, simple "cure".

there are literally hundreds of different kinds of cancers and some are now treatable, for instance some myelomas are almost to the levels now of chronic disease states rather than terminal cases.
However the only real way to say you have survived cancer is if you die from some other natural cause
