Its a myth that carrots will improve your eyesight.

Fruits and veggies, including carrots, contain vitamins that help keep your body including your eyes healthy. Carrots don't have more vitamins than other veggies. If you have a severe lack of vitamins in your diet from a severe lack of food, your health including your eyes will suffer. This is only seen in developing and war stricken areas of the world where the people are starving.

If you currently see about 20/20 with or without glasses, there are no foods or things you can do to see better. I suspect you are really asking "Is there something I can do to eliminate the need for glasses" Except for laser surgery, the answer is no.
