Athiest then just believe there is no God rather than know there is no God in that they have faith in the lack of the existence of a God... So wouldnt that make them just as closed minded as the bible toting right the only difference being is that its a holier than thou attitude vs. a smarter than thou...it just seems that Atheist feel it is idiotic to believe there is a God with no proof while it can be percieved just as idiotic to believe the opposite with no proof of the contrary... Just an obseration afterall there seems to be some sort of continual clash of believer and non believers here so believers quote your scriptures and non believers talk about unicorns and leaprochauns

no clash required if you go through
The Vedas say Brahma sathyam jagath mithya. The ultimate essence of everything is this Brahman and everything in this Universe is manifestation of that ultimate truth Jeevo Brahmaiva na aparaa Even the life force/soul itself is the same Brahman and nothing else. The Brahman present in every thing, smaller than the smallest (in atoms) and bigger than the biggest (in the universe) and also present as the jeevatma in all living beings Anoraneeyam mahathomaheeyan aatma guhaayam nihitosya jantho: says Mahanarayana Upanishad . One can see pure science in this explanation: The revolution of electrons and the sinning of the nuclei in atoms. The rotation and revolution of earth, the solar system, the galaxy, and so on are all guided from within the system and this force which gives the energy and guidance for the movement is known as Brahman. It is the same energy manifested as jeevatma in living being which controls the heart , lung, the liver, the blood circulation, the sensory organs, the functional organs, etc. in animals
In the Mahasankalpa, it is thus explained: the billions and billions of galaxies which are revolving/rotating under the torrential force which is beyond the level of imagination and limitless … this force from within the system and it is the one which guides the rotation and revolution. Hence the ancient Rishis said that Brahman is the ultimate force /energy. Upanishad says hat the Brahman is the one which cannot be seen through eyes , heard by ears , heard by ears and mind … is Brahman. is the Brahman and worship that Brahman. In other Upanishads it is explained that the fire and air , the sound, the sun, the light, and so on are all the manifestations of this Brahman This gives a clear definition for Brahman that it is the energy and manifestation of a power
Now the Brahman may be clearly defined; based on the above explanations using modern science as follows. The intrinsic ,inherent, self guiding, self motivating, self awareness and self conscious present from each and every atom to the universe itself, is the Brahman , the ultimate god of Hindu.

True science is proving the existence of God every day.

You don't have to be a scientist to know that there is a God. Creation itself cries out that "there is a God, there is a Creator, there is an intelligent designer".

Scientists that examine the evidence and come to a different conclusion are willingly ignorant. They have allowed their faith in Darwinism to cloud their judgment. Not only that, though there are many scientists that believe in a Creator, it is common knowledge that if you want grant money in academia today you have to profess faith in Darwinism.

This is an interesting phenomenon. Most "fathers" of the different branches of science were creationists. This was not a hindrance to their brilliant discoveries, but rather it was a help to them. They realized that there are laws, and constants that were created. Without them there would be chaos and order would be impossible.

Atheists don't spend anytime thinking about the whole thing. There is NO evidence, none, nada, zip, that there is some god thingie hanging out like a master puppeteer somewhere who knows everything, hears everything, knows every thought of every person living and those that lived before.

We are not waiting for "proof". We don't need it. The whole thing is preposterous. Simple as that.

But you are saying it is idiotic to not believe in a God even where there is no proof. That is exactly the same as believing in fairys, Santa Claus, and unicorns. By your argument, it should be "idiotic" not to believe in Santa...

understand that for us atheists the assumption of a god becoming each and every thing has the comparable benefit as pink plastic leprechauns pulling the universe out of their magical gold pot. the two assumptions have precisely the comparable empirical fee and the two are the two ridiculous. there is no longer something logical in picking between a everyday mythical being to describe the beginning place of issues.

Good point. Athiests are just people who don't like to be told anything. They seem to be stubborn and just enjoy getting a rise out of people who actually have something to believe in. It must just be a sad life to be so angry and against goodness.

I'll give one example, the bible states that God created a static universe, yet it HAS been proven that the universe is expanding.
