In other words if you download a game, will it make the next download slower? No.

Computers work far faster then even broadband is transmitting. Even if that game were running, the computer should still have plenty of spare capacity to handle another download.

It depends on how much memory you've got on your computer. Check always the minimum system requirements of the software you want to download.

of course it makes your computer slower .
not all computers have the same capacity all depends on how much memory space you have also what kind of hard drive and the most important is your video card.
