What would take place if an agnostic, pathological liar had to testify in court?

What could the system do to get any real info out of the person?

(I ask this in Religion & Spirituality for it seems to be a higher traffic area at the moment)

Regarding the swearing in, etc. stuff.

The thing would be pathological liars actually believe they are telling the truth. I don't think it is officially recognized as a clinical disorder. Someone would have to prove they know they're lying.

I don't suppose anything different would occur, they'd still be forced to swear on the bible. I think the point however is more that you are swearing an oath, on your honour.

Also, you are declaring that if it's proven later on that what you said was a lie, then you can be charged with a crime as well.

I think it's mainly to show that you've agreed that whilst you may give evidence to help in the case, if you've volunteered false information, you understand that you'll be punished.

Also, if you were a pathological liar (and this was known in medical records), you wouldn't be allowed to testify in court.

1) a subpoena would be the 1st thing- and the testimonial of said (why is the fact that the person is agnostic even an issue in the question?.) the Pathos liar; that would seem not to matter, freedom of religion, even NO religion is a freedom, (for that matter why is being a pathos'. liar an issue, what is going to be said will be said, even if the person is lutheran and has been percieved to always tell the truth)

2) there are two ways (imo) for an agnostic, pathological liar to respond..either the truth or a lie. It may be hard for the system to believe this person if in fact the truth is told, that is, if the courts are aware that the person is a pathological liar.

The court system is crooked and for the real criminals...

for tens of thousands of dollars you can get a criminal attorney,
tell him you killed the person, were you hid the body, weapons, motive and all,
so the attorney can stop evidence or distort..

They use the bible and tell you to tell the truth and the whole truth,
then they stop you from telling, saying, just say yes or no.

Thereby putting you under the curse.

They can use hypnotists and truth serum to have you tell all the above you did to your criminal attorney, but that is illegal..
