Thats an easy one to answer...
I'm sometimes shy & I've got many other friends who are shy too but I don't see them remaining speecheless around the girls they are attracted. They usually make gestures instead of talking. A smile now & then & maybe a stare here and there...
Also, sometimes guys will most probably just listen & hear the girl talk & say something only if there is an opportunity to seize a chance...
They won't be that scared to remain completely blank but will talk very less & whisper most of the times...
